Once received, we will process your order within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or after 2:00pm EST on Fridays will be processed the following business day.

We're all about savings! We currently ship all packages with USPS for the fastest, most economical option. All orders will be charged a flat fee of $4.00 below the minimum spend of $60.00 for free priority shipping. So go ahead girl, buy that extra highlighter.
We currently do not ship KittyKare™ products outside of the U.S. and Canada.
We provide tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. You may also view this information in your account and check the order in your order history.
No worries! We'll get you sorted out. We find that most of the time, it was accidentally delivered to a neighbor, left in a mail room/package room, or picked up by someone else in your household. Double check those places, and if you still can't find it, just email us! If the package doesn't turn up, we'll work on a replacement order.
- Orders may be delayed from shipment if there are discrepancies with payment or billing/shipping information.
- Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing/invalid apartment number).
- KittyKare™ is not responsible for any lost packages. Customers should file a claim with their specific package carrier.
- Shipping information cannot be changed or updated once the order has been processed and shipped. Please ensure all information under the shipping address is accurate and correct before placing your order.
Due to the nature of our products, only products that are unopened with their security seal intact may be returned for a refund, within 30 days from delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and KittyKare™ is not responsible for the postage fees for the products' return.
KittyKare™ products are eligible for discounts, including sale items.
